Stacey L. Stillmunkes, MA, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering clinical and educational services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
"I truly believe that all human beings have the ability to be mentally well; however, I recognize there are situations and/or relationships that can affect the human spirit deeply, guiding you to believe you and/or others are damaged, unlovable, or mentally unwell. It is my passion to guide people back to seeing themselves, others, and life through a more positive lens where hope can be awakened. I have experience working with a variety of issues people commonly struggle with. I believe all people are affected by life's issues differently, however we all have one thing in common: the ability to be well.
Besides the every-day life struggles, I have worked extensively with people who have been affected cognitively, emotionally, behaviorally, and relationally by the following issues: depression, anxiety, marital conflict, family conflict, divorce, financial strain, homelessness, domestic violence, emotional and sexual trauma, substance use and abuse, family of origin issues, medical conditions, and other life transition or stage of life concerns.
We are all drivers of our own ship; we decide which direction to take this journey of life. I would be both compassionate and delighted to help you get back on a more productive and comfortable path where you could regain your sense of peace, security, and contentment."
